Graham has trained with a number of eminent shoulder and sports injury specialists in London, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Toronto and has worked in many sports injury clinics.

He lectures and instructs nationally and internationally on Shoulder Injuries and Surgery, and on Sports Injuries. Graham has a number of publications in peer reviewed medical journals and is actively involved in clinical research.
